up to 300 lbs. in capacity. Product delivery is triggered by direct
interface with the washer (Signal Interface Unit) or manually operated
by the Manual Product Selector remote.

Peristaltic Pump
The Neptune can accommodate up to two pumps with standard flow rate
of 22 oz/min or an optional 33 oz/min flow rate to handle highly
viscous product. Each pump head comes standard with our own long
life EPDM squeeze tubing or optional Viton tubing upon request.
Program
The Neptune is easy to understand and operate, the unit offers up
to 8 formulas. Programming is an effortless process with a two-line
LCD display for clear visual monitoring.

Signal Interface Unit
The Signal Interface Unit receives 2 washer trigger signals through
individually color-coded wires. Every input signal has its own separate
common allowing fast and easy connection to any style washer. Our
Plug ‘n Play low voltage data cable connection from the Controller
Unit eliminates the need to run bulky, expensive high voltage conduit.
The Signal Interface Unit is easily mounted inside the washer.
